At Unique An E-Boutique, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We believe in the quality of our handcrafted items. All sales are final. No refunds are given. Our handcrafted items (ie. feather jewelry) are unique, and can't match the pictures exactly.

 

However, we understand that unexpected things can occur in shipping, or packaging, and items can arrive damaged, or wrong items can be sent. So, if a wrong/damaged item is received then do the following :

1. Contact us to return the item within 7 days of receipt of wrong/damaged item. 

2. Send the item back with 7 days of making contact with us. Return shipping is buyer's responsibility. If the item is priced over $70, you may consider shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Wrong items sent must be sent back in a sellable condition to get exchange.

3. A new item of similar item of same quality, and price may be exchanged for the damaged item with free standard shipping. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.

We are unable to accept returns on electronic items such as digital art or opened games. Worn, washed, opened packages, or used merchandise will not be accepted.
